For this specific blend, mugwort has been sustainably wild harvested in the Malibu hills nearby our apothecary and the lemon balm has been grown from seed and harvested from our own herbal garden.

~ Option 1: Run a bath to your desired temp. Add the cotton bag with herbal salts to the bath & let steep until temp is to your liking. Soak in the healing properties of herbs for at least 20 minutes.
~ Option 2: Run a bath to your desired temp. Add herbal salts directly into bath. Tip: Before draining, place a sink bath strainer over the drain to catch herbs.
Recommended to leave the bath without rinsing, wrap yourself in a towel and drink plenty of water to dehydrate.
