Herbal culinary salts


These seasoning salts are made by combining herbs, nutritional yeast and three different types of salts: celtic grey sea salt, himalayan salt and red alaea salt. 

These herbal sprinkles add a colorful flavorful twist to your sacred meals and are high in nutritional value providing a wide range of protein, vital minerals and vitamins that will aid in your absorption of nutrients plus supporting overall digestive health.


Ingredients: celtic grey sea salt, himalayan salt, red alaea salt, hemp seeds (canabis sativa), black sesame seeds (sesamum indicum), nutritional yeast, smoked paprika (capsicum annuum), calendula petals (calendula officinalis), black pepper (piper nigrum), rosemary (rosemarinus officinalis), sage (salvia officinalis), celery seeds (apium graveolens), poppy seeds (papaver somniferum).


~ celtic grey sea salt: french grey sea salt, also known as Celtic grey sea salt. Grey sea salt is hand-harvested using wooden rakes and methods that have been used for hundreds of years. The grey color comes from the salt crystalizing on the clay of the salt beds.

~himalayan salt: himalayan pink salt is a hand-mined salt that is derived from ancient sea salt deposits and it is believed to be the purest form of salt available. Regular consumption of Himalayan pink salt provides essential minerals, trace elements, balances electrolytes, and supports proper nutrient absorption.

~ red alaea salt: Also referred to as Hawaiian red salt, is an unrefined sea salt that has been mixed with an iron oxide rich volcanic clay called alaea. This salt contains up to 80 different naturally occurring minerals.

~ hemp seeds: They have a high protein content and ability to improve digestion, balance hormones and support a healthy metabolism. Hemp seeds are rich in gamma-Linolenic acid, a necessary building block for some prostaglandins, hormone-like chemicals in the body that help smooth muscle functions, control inflammation and regulate body temperature. Hemp has an excellent 3:1 balance of omega-3 and omega-6 fatty acids and is considered a complete protein because it contains all 20 aminoacids. Hemp seeds have a high amount of vitamins and minerals

~ black sesame seeds: anti-inflammatory, antioxidant, andtispasmodic properties, cardiovascular and digestive system support. They are a rich source of phytonutrients such as omega-6 fatty acids, flavonoid phenolic antioxidants, vitamins, minerals such as calcium, iron and selenium and dietary fiber. Sesame seeds are a good source of dietary protein, with high-quality amino acids making up 20% of the seed.

~ nutritional yeast: Antiviral, antibacterial, antioxidant properties. Provides high amounts protein and fiber aiding the digestive system. Loaded with vitamin B12 which is essential for producing red blood cells and maintaining a healthy nervous system. Vitamin B12 is responsible for maintaining a good digestive system, increasing your energy, protecting and regulating the nervous system.

~ smoked paprika: often called pimenton or smoked Spanish paprika, is made from peppers that are smoked and dried over oak fires. Analgesic, antibacterial, anti-inflammatory, antioxidant, cardiovascular tonic, carminative, circulatory stimulant. Packed with beneficial nutrients, high in vitamin C and contains the important antioxidant nutrient beta-carotene. Its flavonoid content has paprika weighing in as an important substance for the cardiovascular system.

~ calendula: anti-fungal, antispasmodic, antibacterial, anti-inflammatory, antimicrobial, antiviral, bitter tonic, demulcent, cholagogue, circulatory stimulant, emmenagogue, emollient, immunostimulant, lymphatic, vulnerary. Eat or drink calendula flowers to heal inflammatory digestive conditions.

~ black pepper: anthelmintic, antibacterial, anti-inflammatory, antioxidant,  aperient, carminative, circulatory stimulant, expectoral, rubefacient, anti-carcinogenic,  digestive stimulant. Pepper aids with all kind of digestive system complaints. It stimulates gastric juices that help with the digestion of rich foods. Pepper’s pungent and heating nature facilitates dispersal of nutrients throughout the body. It also dissolves mucus, drains chronic sinus congestions, and helps you to digest and absorb what you consume. 

~ rosemary: nervous system relaxant, sedative, anti-depressant, antioxidant, antiseptic, anti-inflammatory, astringent, diaphoretic, rubefacient, capillary tonic, circulatory stimulant, cardiotonic, carminative, choleretic, hepatoprotector, emmenagogue, diuretic, antispasmodic, analgesic. Rosemary relaxes smooth muscle spasm and the smooth muscles of capillaries and arteries, thus enhancing blood flow. It is used to increase circulation to the head and to improve mental clarity, improve memory, and improve vision. It tonifies the circulatory and nervous systems.

~ sage: antibacterial, anticatarrhal, antifungal, anti-inflammatory, antioxidant,  antiseptic, antispasmodic, antiviral, astringent, carminative, nervine, relaxant. Sage helps prevent and rid the body of coughs. 

~ celery seeds: antibacterial, anti fungal, anti-inflammatory, antioxidant, bitter tonic, carminative, diuretic, emmenagogue, expectorant, nervine. The bitterness of celery seed makes it an effective herb for activating the digestive process by stimulating the flow of gastric juices. It calms the nerves and has a stimulating and soothing effect on the stomach and alleviates  muscle  cramps and spasms. Celery seed improves circulation to the joints and muscles and clears stagnation. It is also a decongestant for the respiratory system and dispels mucus from the lungs.

~ poppy seeds: anti-inflammatory, analgesic, antidiarrheal, antioxidant, circulatory (cardiovascular) and digestive system support.  Full of vitamins and minerals including calcium, phosphorus, magnesium, copper, zinc and iron. Great source of manganese, fibers and healthy fats (omega 6s). Improves brain’s cognitive function.


Suggested use: sprinkle over your meals when cooking or seasoning. Use in any way that you’d normally use table salt. It tastes great on eggs, avocado toast, sandwiches, tacos, roasted root vegetables, seafood, soups, broths, popcorn, salads & more! Sprinkle salts, seeds and petals onto just about anything you eat!
